Metal: I'm guessing you don't like screaming and roaring? If so, I know a lot of good instrumental metal and metal that doesn't feature roaring and such.

Jazz: I don't get how you can dislike jazz, I mean, I'm not that much of a huge fan but I like it for what it is and I'm not sure how one can't even like it.
