I think so, on average. If you're educated, rich and successful - all of which Jagger was, within context, before the Stones even started - then you most likely will have a lot less genuine problems in your life and therefore less 'blues'. If you don't think this is true then I'd suggest it just means you haven't seen what conditions some people live through and fully taken them in.
