Anyways, I find age irrelevant, yes, I've seen 12 yeras old kids on forums that couldn't behave but I've also seen some that are actually capable of acting properly in a forum, so it depends on the individual rather than the age, if you ask me. If there is a 13 years old who doesn't behave, fine, just ban the kid, but at least give em a chance.
