Go from my current body fat % (high teens) to a more ideal body fat % (low teens). I'd like to gain muscle mass as well, but I've no desire to hulk out.
Regarding your second post; I'm trying to stick to a lactovegetarian diet, meaning not eating any animal products other than dairy. I agree eggs/tuna/chicken are great sources of protein, but I'd take eggs as my pick out of those 3.

Interesting , I assumed from your diet it didn't have as much protein as you described, it seems you are diligent enough to know so, good on you. I try to stay away from the whites like everyone else to curb my carb intake, not alot of rice/white breads/pastas. Seems like your on the right path, so I don't generally have any critiques although the omega 3 has been a great resource for me personally.

Yeah, I've basically given up on pasta. Barilla has pastas that are
majority whole grain (51% or something), but - still - they're so high in calories I don't think its worth it. If I'm going to eat some bad carbs I'll eat some pizza or have rye bread with veggie sandwich.... pasta is just too mediocre to justify the calories.
I do, however, <3 potatoes.

Most days I only get one real decent meal, odd being that I'm a chef and it's hardly surprising that I have lost around 17 pounds in the last couple of months.

That's horrible. I love food.... it must be awful to spend your day making great food, and then not having time to eat yourself.
