I've already stated it. Since you don't enforce the avatar guideline as a rule like other mods do, than you haven't broken that rule, I guess.
But I feel you get very close to breaking this rule, a lot.

But as it's been pointed out, that's how things have been around here for a long time. Still, I don't find it very acceptable to rip the **** out of a noob upon their arrival.
