6 meals a day is easier than 4 or 5. You have to be eating a certain fixed amount of calories a day to gain weight. I, for example, eat 3150 calories a day. It is a lot easier to eat 3150 calories over 6 meals then it is over 4, because those 4 would be hella big meals. See my point?

You will see much better results with free weights. The problem with body weights is you can only increase the volume so you won't build as much muscle, but it will help your muscular endurance if that's your thing.

Do you not have a gym nearby?
