For me it's a tie. Both of these songs have a lot of meaning to me, but different connotations.
Elliott Smith will always hold a special place in my heart. I started listening to him during a fragile part of my life, so anytime I listen to him now it's very emotional. As a listener this is what music is all about for me - creating something to which people can attach and assign their own meaning. King's Crossing is the song that will always give me chills and make me tear up, and every time I listen to it I'm reminded of where I was and what I was doing the first time I heard it. Also, fun fact: I never listen to it in front of other people.
Atmosphere is important to me in a similar way but in a different context. The lyrics are beautiful and I feel like this is a song I can apply to different situations - f.ex. I have songs I listen to when I feel angry, lonely, sad, happy, lost, etc., and this is a track I can turn to in all of those states of mind.
