Wow, you're an idiot. i'm sorry but you are. The tell tale heart has nothing in common with this story. Why? because it featured a sound? I guess Steven Kings "the langoliers" ripped off the tell tale heart too. The tell tale heart is about a guilty mans conscious driving him insane. This isn't about that at all. There is no deeper meaning to this other than, just to be creepy. Whether you found it so or not, others did so it had its intended effect.
