I don't think this is true at all, they only recently signed to Epitaph Records (having previously been on the smaller Red Scare Industries) for "On The Impossible Past" on the strength of their first two full-lengths. The latest is more mellow than the first two, but they definitely haven't castrated their sound in search of a major label deal. They're still tastefully rough around the edges (as shown by "Good Things") in that independent everyman punk rock way, so I think it's a safe bet that they won't be leaving Epitaph for quite some time.
