I can understand that you get more feeling from Neil. His voice is really whiny and just sounds sad. I think Neil is a little more genuine and bob is more artistic.
But I still connect more with bob. His music really touches me more than neils, his voice does too. Dylan Is one of my favorite vocalists ever. I understand that he technically doesn't sing great, but there's something beneath the surface of his voice that is really great. I'm a believer that "less is more".
Blood on the tracks is probably the best album to listen to if you want to get really emotional with bob. "The freewheeling" has some pretty emotional tracks. As well as "desire" and "oh mercy".
Neil is really great but I think Bob is way better at writing.
