The vaporizer high is calmer, less obtrusive, less obvious in general. It's a clearer, longer high.
Bong high is typically more intense. It really depends a lot on the strain and grade of weed too.
All of the negative aspects from smoking weed come from the
smoking part. Vaporizing is technically better in every way.
I'd have one if i could afford it.
