They have a gun, a tazer, club, cuffs, maglight, and dog. Which seriously makes more sense to take somebody down with?  You cry about the cop being at risk they signed up for the ****!! What about putting the dog at risk? The cop is wearing body armor and knows what a gun is-the dog is naked and knows what his ass taste like. The man gets paid, the dog gets a biscut. I'm sorry your hate for the police is making you incapable of having an objective discussion on a matter not involving your personal experiences with law enforcement in another nation operating under different laws and social expectations.
