My point is that there could have been a million reasons why they didn't taze him. He could have been out of range. He could have been outrunning the cop. It may be unfeasible to hold a dog and use a tazer.

Why does it make more sense? They should let a potentially dangerous suspect who had just attacked a bus for no apparent reason get away and possibly hurt someone when they have a legitimate means of stopping him?
