Yeah you're being a little paranoid, it's only the uploaders who are in big troible right now.
That insane SOPA bill got shelved thankfully, there's still other bills being pushed around and as the Megaupload case perfectly demonstrates none of these bills are actually necessary.
Anti piracy laws on there own are pefectly understandable. But shutting that guy's website down before he even gets a trial? On the
very slim chance Kim Dotcom is found not guilty his business won't recover from the losses anyway.
