I just boil them, to get some of the junk off of them, then mash 'em up and eat them...usually drinking some tea to wash them down. I've only seen one person get sick taking them this way. I'm sure that some peoples' stomachs are just more sensitive than others.
It's not a bad high, though. Don't expect crazy hallucinations or anything, but it definitely pulls you into an interesting head space, gives you nuts dreams, some closed eye visuals (though not necessarily as vivid as on even low LSD amounts) and some tracers. In my experience.

Not that your wrong but its pretty common for people to get sick. In fact most people I know who have taken MorningGlory felt at least some pain and discomfort including myself. Not to say it wasnt worth it.
