Got this album for free from a modern day 8-bit artist. Although in my opinion,
composer may be a better description.
This guy does things with 8-bit I didn't know were possible. This album is a work and art, pure and simple. It has a great atmosphere and great pace, leaving you constantly feeling like you're in the middle of an intense boss fight and/or on the most dangerous level of the game. Almost every song is a gem in its own right.
Anyway, I highly suggest it. And although I haven't bought any yet, he also has several other 8-bit concept albums on his website that look (and sound) mighty fine. Take a look-see!
