Hey, can anyone tell me where these guys get their musical fundamentals, or "sound" (especially the singer's style), from? It seems quite familiar but I haven't been able to point it out.

Couldn't post a link, but look up The Charm Offensive on youtube for a good example. When I heard this song, I felt a strong sense of familiarity that took me back to my earlier childhood for some reason (around 2000 fyi).
