Personally, I think that these "Post a picture of an album/post a song" threads should be moved into Games and Polls, and then users can be free to spam videos as they please.

After that, I'd like to see similar threads approved by moderators, just to keep down redundancy.

It's a finicky line to walk protecting the integrity of the forum.
