Understandable, yet I must say that the "dropping of a link and leaving" is not even possible here given the 15 post mark and other regulations.
Your opinion of the 'rules' is quite commendable and I applaud you.

Without a platform to "
post your music" and little leeway to promote yourself (due to the rules) there leaves a minuscule path towards anything/anyone NOT signed and delivered to your ears.
What don't YOU understand?
