There's plenty of pubs like that here with completely random names, The Cat and Bagpipes for example, or The Hook and Tackle. I might set up a pub called The Cock and Balls and have a picture of a rooster with two footballs on the front.

The best pub name I've come across is a place called The Deadman's Inn, just outside Dublin on the M6. Badass.
