Good list, but I probably would have taken out a few of them to add in:

The Decemberists - Picaresque
Pedro the Lion - Control
Red House Painters - Down Colourful Hill
Why? - Alopecia

There's so much more, but everything depends on your taste. A top however much albums for indie is too difficult, lol.
