Yes, well most BLACKS here speak ENGLISH, too, today. It's not just a "white thing", it's a popular language thing. So, you don't think immigrants to OTHER nations shouldn't bother to learn the language as newcomers or does this JUST apply to America? We'll just have to disagree here, I guess.
