Subjective opinion I know, but calling Morrison the best vocalist to ever live is a big stretch. He was always kinda flat to me.. I think his vocals can be kinda boring myself... but too each their own, different strokes for different folks.

I could see people thinking he was at least amongst the best frontmen to ever live, i will say as a front man he was good, he had a stage presence to him, and could get a crowd worked up... but as a vocalist, he was not that special... worked in the confines of the music itself, but that is all.
