I personally hold "Priest" above Black Sabbath, as far as my opinion goes. Judas Priest, one of the most influential bands to" Metal", then Sabbath or Led Zeppelin, etc.
Id say sabbath is bounds above Zeppelin or Priest in influencing metal musicians. There way more bands citing BS than the others. Not to mention there is a reason Halford is a member of OZZY's festival and not the other way around.
