I understand what you mean. I wasn't insinuating that you were jealous, and I apologize if that's the way it seemed. I simply meant that you apparently have some misguided ideas about how we select moderators. I really don't think you can dispute that.
As far as children telling you what to do, I can sympathize with that as well. Try having 19-year-old NCO's in charge of you in the Army. Hehe.
Anyway, I'm only 30 years old, and I definitely feel like I'm still a young guy, but I think I have at least a bit of understanding when it comes to things in general. While I don't claim to be all-knowing, I do stand behind my decisions and more often than not, my decisions are supported. So I think maybe we have a bit of a misunderstanding between us if your comment was aimed at me personally.
If not, then I guess I just typed all that for nothing.
