Dirty, you stated in your video (an entertaining watch, by the way ) that you feel sometimes the MB mods are too harsh on new members. To quote you "not everybody has been on a forum for 10 f uckin years." People will make mistakes and they will act stupidly and they WILL be banned or infracted for it. Many times this is due to their inexperience with how to behave on a forum, sometimes it's just because they're a p rick, but either way - we want to help reform people so that they can become valued members, not humiliate them just so you lot can satisfy your curiosity. Even if they've broken the rules, they have the right to privacy - whether you like it or not.
Get the mother fuck over it.

I don't think it happens a lot, but I think mods and members alike both forget what it was like to sign up and post on a forum for the first time with no prior knowledge on how to form posts or behave or anything. Not often, but I've seen smartass comments made on occasion when a n00b posts something dumb or asks something stupid. My point was that it;s easy to forget after years of posting on forums that 'not everyone has posted on a forum for 10 ****
ing years." Again I will try to stress right now that i'm not saying this happens the majority of the time or even a lot, and of course everyone is human and says smartass stuff sometimes to stupid comments, but the mods should realize more than anyone how to handle a n00b in my opinion.
And I am talking separately about n00bs and 'regulars' when I'm talking about bans. Because nobody knows the n00bs or cares why someone with 3 posts was given the hammer. I don't think more than like 5% of people would be offended if the reason for their ban was given. Like I said in my video, jesus christ it's a public forum, what's the huge issue here?? I feel like it could be the simplest thing in the world to post a few lines in a thread on why someone was banned and not be vague like it needs to be the secret of the century. Maybe not many others share my feeling about airing out why someone was banned, but i personally wouldn't be the slightest bit offended and i hope a mod tells every member exactly why i was banned. I don't see how it's humiliating or insulting to do so. And also I think it's fine for regular members to question why someone was banned if it appears to be for a bogus reason.
