And even the "current four" I would say are way off, Kanye West and Eminem have gone way past their eras where they will have contributed towards the evolution of hip-hop, they're both now mainstream sellouts. They will both be remembered for their early albums in the years to come.
50 Cent and Lil Wayne should probably never even be considered on a list of how hip-hop has evolved.

You'd have to ask the guy who posted it but by the way he listed those artists...I highly doubt he was listing those four that you picked out because they were the most influential artists within hip hop culture.
He was just listing some mainstream artists that were popular.
