50 Cent and Lil Wayne should probably never even be considered on a list of how hip-hop has evolved.
You'd have to ask the guy who posted it but by the way he listed those artists...I highly doubt he was listing those four that you picked out because they were the most influential artists within hip hop culture.

He was just listing some mainstream artists that were popular.
