Well, one hand props the device, the other operates. It's like a piano. You use your weak hand to establish the basic rhythms, and your strong hand does the more intricate work...

Then again, it's also left handed people. I mean, like Hendrix did with guitar, you can flip your knob the other way, and play it just as well.

For women... I don't know. I assume the left hand does nipple work while the right takes a dive. Ladies?
