I just have this folder in which I collect the music I still have to listen to.
I just zap through the tracks and when I like it, the album goes to
D:\Music\Albums\Artist Name\Album Title

When I buy a lot of records at once, I just put them in a little rack in my studio room instead of in my record cabinet.
I'll just listen to them and I'll move the ones I've listened to to my record cabinet

Really simple.
