Looks like you play on a highschool sports team. I played a lot of sports in high school, and my method for sleeping comfortably on the way home from trips was this: lay on my back with my head near the aisle and my legs indian style up against the window. Nobody else seemed to prefer this method but i never liked sleeping while sitting up and it just seemed to work for me.
