I think it sucks to be a woman in business. Women get paid less than men (here women only make 80% of what men make - so 80 cents for every dollar a man makes), they don't get promoted as fast or move up as high as men do in a company, and are generally seen as bitches in the workforce - especially if she's in charge. Maybe there is a need to be bitchy in order to get across to the men in the office who otherwise wouldn't listen to her?
Also, a woman generally has to be twice as good as a man at something in order to be considered an equal
