Well, VH1 will call ANYTHING a one hit wonder. However, the two that really piss me off are Living Colour which, for the first two albums(only I've heard), was utterly brilliant, and Faith No '****ing' More... which it's like... Really, they consider Faith No More a one hit wonder because of 'Epic'. So, I'm assuming the massive success of 'Angel Dust' which I'm 90% sure was a platinum selling album internationally(back when selling platinum meant something) meant nothing to them.
