This is what I think it is. Of course I have not any clue, which is why I'm asking, but it definitely makes sense. It's just bizarre because sometimes my mom will be doing something in IE, Firefox, and I'll be using Chrome, and nothing will happen. BUT the instant a video comes along, it's all fu
cked. It will freeze (usually it takes around 3 minutes after starting to play the video for it to freeze), come back to life (for around a minute), then freeze, then come back again, etc. And it tends to sound busy, as I said. My mom is FAR from computer savvy, and as a result I think there's probably a lot of duplicate files and whatnot. But that's more of a memory issue, nothing software related. Only I download software.
