You don't like Colonel Klegg? I personally love SOS.

Any rate, I'd have to put my bid in the Barrett being overrated. It's like, the guy was in Pink Floyd for 1, and a fragment of an album before going nuts. Pink Floyd were in their infancy, and I doubt they would have been that significant if they would have kept the Piper sound. I don't dislike the album, just don't honestly feel it's all that significant. Compare it to what say Soft Machine was doing a few years later, and I'd even go so far to say it was damn mediocre even in comparison to British psychedelic.

I'm sure he was good, even inventive, but I haven't seen any evidence of him being the genius that people make him out to be. If Pink Floyd wouldn't have adopted their more studio based sound later, than they would have faded into obscurity among the likes of guys like Hendrix(Pretty much did what Barrett was doing but a million times better).

Terence Hill, as recently confirmed during an interview to an Italian TV talk-show, was offered the role but rejected it because he considered it "too violent". Dustin Hoffman and John Travolta declined the role for the same reason. When Al Pacino was considered for the role of John Rambo, he turned it down when his request that Rambo be more of a madman was rejected.
Al Pacino = God
