Ah!!! That sucks so bad, I can't imagine having to go back and getting all the artwork and such. But do playcounts and ratings really matter? I know there is something you can do to set it all manually, but that'll be a pain in the ass.
iTunes can suck sometimes but it's the only thing to use with the new iPod Touch : (
