This one isn't quite finished and I'm suffering from writers block with it. I'll post it anyway and maybe someone can share an idea or two and help me out. I wasn't sure if both meanings of the word hail are spelled the same, but I did spell them the same.
HAIL (unfinished) Hail your god. Hail for blood. Hail or die. Hail inside. Hail like bricks come down on your church. Anyone who doesn't follow, you deem insane. Condemn them to your asylum of pain. Yet you follow fairytales, you hypocrite. For the greater good, you say. Except when what is good is in your way. Hail your god. Hail for blood. Hail or die. Hail inside. Hail like bricks come down on your church.* |

What exactly are you trying to say with that song?
EDIT: Quote:
I can assure you the President is not purposely trying to screw us over. Unfortunetly, the majority of the population are influenced by either conservative or liberal media which at any given time likes to either condemn Obama just because... he's Obama... or lick his ass even when he takes a mistep. Especially if you live in the South, trust me... people "see it". Facts are stupid things in our media, nowadays. Everyone wants their ears tickled. I personally think the President is doing a fine job. He inherited a lot of problems from the previous administrations. Seems like for the first few months he was in Office people condemned him as a "do nothing" President, and then when he actually started to take action and directive steps to improve the country people condemned him for it. IMO that's all just very powerful right-wing propaganda from people who are pissed there is a liberal Democrat in office. Last edited by someonecompletelyrandom; 04-27-2010 at 03:41 PM. |

So, I've never written a song like this before. Even though there's probably 1,001 songs out there like this, I like it and I think others will too.
JUST ANOTHER I'm just another stoner. Just another lonely loner. I've a got a black dog. She got fur like a teddy bear. And every day, she be givin me the same blank stare. I'm just another stoner. I'm just another *******. Just another body without a soul. I like dirty, dirty jokes. And Camel menthol smokes. I like laughing at the slow kids. And putting on a show, kids. I'm just another *******. I'm just another. I'm just another. I love my mother. But even more, I love to shove her. I'm just another. I'm just another. Oh yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm just another sucker. Another mother ****er. I square-dance to Metallica. And I head bang to MC Hammer. And I'm just another. Just another stoner. Another lonely loner. Just another stoner. Another lonely loner. I'm just another.... EDIT: The *ed word in the second verse is "a s s h o l e". Last edited by Sljslj; 04-29-2010 at 07:49 AM. |

There's just no justification for spending billions of dollars on research when our economy is in the shape it's in. As for the other story, I can't tell you because I haven't heard of it. But if funding was cut for it I'm sure there was a good reason. People in the government don't purposely try to screw with you, things just might appear that way to members of the populous who don't have the full story - made worse by our increasingly biased media. |

That actually makes alot of sense. I stand by my belief that Obama is not a good guy, but I will say that it is possible I was misled.
