Default Acoustic Guitar Mystic Pieces

This thread is for your favorite acoustic guitar performances, it can be either a solo guitar instruemental piece or a song with an acoustic guitar accompaniment. Stick to this sub-forum theme of Classic Rock, and 70's artists, N.B. no Jack Johnson, please; but if you want to include a newer artist make it a cover tune, if you like. I included oF Montreal doing Starman by David Bowie, These are my favorite acoustic guitar peices I hope you enjoy them as much as I do, please respond with your favorites

Heaven or Hell - Waylon Jennings

I have never had such simple lyrics and simple guitar chords make such an impact on me than in this song right here.

Two pieces that came to mind immediately were both by a band called Opeth. One was entitled "Patterns in the Ivy". The other: "For Absent Friends".

Now, after some more time to think, "Without Wings" by Corrosion of Conformity, as well as "Shallow Ground" by the same band.

And the last that I can think of right now is "Kiowas" by Sepultura.

Funny, none of these bands are reputable for their acoustic works.

Also, untold amounts of material by John McGlaughlin, Paco De Luca, and Al Di Meola.

Not the most mystical, in my opinion, but excellent acoustic works.

Something else to check out as well would be Rodrigo y Gabriela.

I went and seen Dylan and Costello a couple years ago at Clemson University..... I went for Bob Dylan but Costello stole the show for me. I never listened to him before. Then I heard this. I wish he would put out a acoustic cd and i didn't have to listen to this song through a tiny mic on a cheap camcorder. I suggest anyone that has a chance to see Costello Live.
