I think Indie Electronic or Indietronica is a really loose tag as it doesn't really describe a particular style as such. It's more of an umbrella term like indie itself. But I guess there can be a lot of diversity here with everything from electropop to chillwave to art rock to dream pop.
Here's a few great songs that I think will fit here nicely A Neil Young cover believe it or not. Stereolab do an excellent job of combining indie, electronica and nearly everything under the sun into their dreamy and colourful sound. A great song from one of this years many great releases. One of the catchiest and most addictive songs of 2009. Love it.

If I think about "Indie Electronica", the first name that comes to mind is Delorean. I especially like their album Ayrton Senna (2009). Great.

I'll have to say I find Baths to be extremely enjoyable. This one's a really good one, but I do heartily recommend headphones for the full experience.
