This was just all right. A bit twee in some ways, almost make you ashamed to be Irish (if it is Irish?) but not the worst I've ever heard. Certainly wouldn't encourage me to hear more though.

I guess this one rates as avant-garde post punk. This is a little Bowiesque imo.

EDIT: I guess you didn't miss it.
Once again your video was unavailable, however I searched for one by myself. Ended up having to listen to a live version. It was all right but I didn't think a lot of it. I see the Bowie comparisons, but meh with a capital M.

Very happy that you liked it!

A personal top 10 band for me, possibly even top 5 to be honest.

Their lyrics are presumably in Russian, since that's where the band is from. I'm not sure if there's some older Slavic language they could be singing in, for the purposes of theme (their songs are usually about Slavic mythology and history).

They really put a lot of effort into the music. I love how the band has not only the expected metal instruments covered by full time band members, but also a member dedicated entirely to playing flutes and bagpipes. Sometimes, they even perform live with more folk musicians and a full choir.

I'd definitely listen to more of that. That was sweet.

I thought it was epic. Too bad you missed out on its epicness.

Maybe we have different definitions of epic.

That was industrial. You asked for this. This isn't like Love or Hate where you're gonna get a bunch of recs from people trying to find something you like. You're actively asking for stuff you don't like and while I'll give it a shot to find something you might actually get I'm not gonna beat my head against a wall to find it, so don't be surprised if you get a bunch of Hail Marys from me. That was pretty accessible as far as early industrial goes tbh.

Maybe this'll be easier on you. Still industrial.

That isn't in any way what I said. I never asked for a Torture Chamber. It's taken as read, I think, that people would be trying to get me into genres they think I might like but have not tried yet. I don't expect, for instance, anyone to try to get me into grindcore or free jazz, really (though they can try) but if you thought for a moment I was going to like that, then after all this time you really don't know me. I think you're just trolling as usual, admit it. Try some other genre, or at least something that I won't bloody hate. Or not.
