You've probably heard of this one but this is probably my favorite alt-country artist. He's certainly no conservative

(Steve Earle- John Walker's Blues)

Oh man I am a HUGE Earle fan and that is indeed one of his better ones. Can't rate it for this thread though as I already know it.

Kind of coincidental, don't you think, that it was you who triggered the new rule? Everyone else was fine with the premise and concept of the thread, then along you come with your ICP fanboying, trying to make it all about you as usual, and so I had to instigate a rule that should not even need to have been stated. Weird, huh?

Yeah that was ok. Typical of a seventies motown soul record, but pretty damn repetitive, and too much annoying loud brass in it for my tastes. Not bad though.

Didn't think much of this at first, then it changed to a completely different direction and I really took notice. Damn good stuff.

Mor Karbasi- un beso de vida

Yeah that was ok but you know, shrug. Kind of a flamenco feel to the opening but then it gave me a very Eurovision vibe. I also don't particulalry like her voice. Meh. Dir En Grey up next, but as per the new rule, one only, so either pick the one you want me to listen to or leave it up to me.
