Well said. But there's been over 700 posts since February, so all one can do is read the OP and the most recent arguments. We're looking for a
reason not to eat meat, if one exists. So no one should have to apologize for putting forth
reasons in compliance with the OP:

This would seem to rule out arguments about there being
no reason not to eat meat, wouldn't it? So are we talking about the relative merit of different reasons?
